Crafted from high-purity 99.9%+ C110 copper, this battery connector strip delivers exceptional electrical conductivity and minimal resistance, ensuring efficient power transfer with reduced heat buildup even under heavy loads.

Manufacturing Process

● Raw material: First-grade electrolytic cathode copper or premium brass ingot strictly controlled for harmful impurities (S, P, Bi, Pb, etc.).
● Large-tonnage extrusion followed by multi-pass cold drawing to achieve refined grain structure and fully dense microstructure without lamination or cracks.
● Precision CNC machining: hole position tolerance ±0.05 mm, flatness ≤ 0.03 mm/m, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μm.
● Plating options: High-quality silver plating (Ag 8–15 μm) or tin plating (Sn 10–20 μm), meeting GB/T 5270 Class 1 adhesion requirements; salt-spray test ≥ 1000 h without red rust or white spots.
● Full traceability: Each busbar is delivered with material certificate, plating thickness report, dimensional inspection report, and unique QR code for complete production history tracking.

Quality Control

● 100% electrical conductivity test (≥ 98% IACS), 100% dimensional inspection, 100% eddy-current plating thickness verification.
● Third-party test reports (SGS/CTI) available with each batch upon request.
● Temperature-rise test: ≤ 45 K at 1.2× rated current for 4 hours per IEC 61439.
● Short-time withstand current test: Verified for 50 kA/1s, 65 kA/1s, 100 kA/1s and higher levels.
● Strict adherence to IATF 16949 quality management system; all critical processes under SPC with Cpk ≥ 1.67.
