●Precision Bending: Tubes are cut to exact lengths and formed using CNC-controlled bending machines to achieve the accurate U-shape and center-to-center distance.
●Socket Machining: The socket ends are precision-machined to tight tolerances for optimal capillary soldering.
●Deburring & Cleaning: All internal and external burrs are removed, followed by thorough ultrasonic and chemical cleaning to eliminate any contaminants.
●Annealing (if required): Controlled atmosphere annealing restores ductility while maintaining mechanical strength.
●Final Inspection: Every elbow undergoes 100% visual, dimensional, and pressure testing before packaging.
