●Material Selection: Only certified high-purity copper tubes meeting ASTM B88 are used, with full mill certificates for traceability.
●Forming: Tubes are cut to precise lengths and formed using advanced hydraulic pressing or spinning technology to create the exact 90° branch and socket depths.
●Machining: All three socket ends are precision-machined to tight tolerances for optimal capillary soldering.
●Deburring & Cleaning: Internal and external burrs are completely removed, followed by thorough ultrasonic and chemical cleaning to eliminate any contaminants.
●Annealing (if required): Controlled atmosphere annealing restores ductility while maintaining mechanical strength.
●Final Inspection: Every tee undergoes 100% visual, dimensional, and pressure testing before packaging.
●Packaging: Tees are individually wrapped in protective film and packed in sturdy cartons or pallets to prevent damage during global shipping.
