Key process features

Manufacturing follows established hot working processes for optimal structure and performance:

●Continuous Casting: Horizontal or vertical casting produces sound, dense ingots with minimal segregation.
●Hot Extrusion: Powerful presses force material through dies to form large round sections with refined grain.
●Straightening & Cutting: Roller straightening ensures excellent straightness, followed by precision sawing to length.
●Heat Treatment (As Needed): Stress relieving anneals improve machinability and reduce internal stresses.
●Surface Conditioning: Light peeling or centerless grinding available for smoother finish.
●Final Protection: Ends capped and surfaces oiled to prevent oxidation during transit and storage.
