●Hot Extrusion: High-capacity presses extrude the material through mandrels to form seamless large tubes with refined grain structure.
●Cold Drawing (Optional): Multiple draw passes reduce wall thickness and improve surface finish and tolerances.
●Annealing: Intermediate and final heat treatments restore ductility and relieve stresses.
●Straightening & Cutting: Hydraulic straightening ensures excellent linearity, followed by precision sawing.
●Surface Protection: Tubes are cleaned and lightly oiled to guard against oxidation during handling and shipping.
